"Love the hotel very convenient and cost effective for families budget travelers, we booked 3 rooms. Room is clean staff is friendly. The only thing they don’t provide enough toilet tissue, but that’s not an issue you can ask for extras. Breakfast nothing special, acceptable for on the go. Will stay here and try other B2 hotels in other provinces again."

"Check in and check out was ok. They asked for deposit money if not you have to give them passport so I prefer deposit money for 500,000 dong. The room is clean enough. Worth for stay in short vacation. No restaurant in hotel. Location is in the narrow short alley but not very hard to find."

"The room is clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly and great services especially one of the staff greeting by the door 👍. Good location and foods vendors across the street in the evening. There’s a walking/jogging trail by the river 👍. Book again if we ever return !!"

"Excellent service staff Very helpful, help to see the parking lot. Bring an umbrella when it rains as well. The room is clean. But stuck on the wall quite sometimes, the maid cleans the room in the morning will hear a loud noise into the room. Delicious breakfast"

"The room is clean and spacious. The room has a lot of space, with a sofa, dryer, and medium-sized refrigerator. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets are a very nice touch. (So good that I asked to buy it but the hotel didn't sell it) Excellent service staff, delicious food, dishes and desserts that change the menu every day. Near 7-Eleven, there is a fitness center and bicycles to borrow to ride. Overall very good."

NNadia THI stayed for 10 nights, I wasn’t pay attention of the cleaness at the first day that I stay but somehow after 3 days, I sneezed non-stop, got some redness on my arms so I look into the room and found out that they didn’t clean under the bed for ages, it is so dusty. I did reported hotel and they did clean all.

GGuest UserWonderful small boutique hotel in old town Ubon! Hotel is just beautiful furnished and the rooms are very roomy with nice touches throughout. Only downside is the small bathrooms. Great staff and delicious food offerings and a great wine and beer selection

TTchlaPerfect location far away from the airport only 2 minutes by car/ motorcycle ( I booked Grab bike headed to the airport, very convenient)
There are many food options around there, you can order Grabfood very easily.
Staffs are helpful and friendly.
🚫Only thing I have is my friends’s room there were slippers and bathrobe present sets but my room was empty.
The hotel is new building and clean.
WiFi was worse 3/10

สสIt is a lovely little house resort, clean place, clean rooms, complete facilities, very good service, very cheap price, come from Rayong to travel to Laos side, book through Trip app and want any information, ask the resort to give very good advice. There is a chance to go to use the service again for sure.

JJason2023Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon.

JJavierThis hotel is inexpensive so this rating is based on expectations and reality. It is conveniently located near the bus station and a good sized shopping center across the main street. The main attractions and airport are about 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. The room has all the necessities like A/C, refrigerator, bathroom, and natural light. There are washing machines and a clothes dryer here, but I would recommend going to the shopping center to the self laundromat with modern machines, coin machine, detergent for 5 baht, and many places to sit and eventually fold your clothes. Worth the cost. Full disclosure: I came in by bus, will go east for a few days by bus/van, will come back by bus/van before leaving by airplane.

Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon.
Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.
